Odyssey is more than just an event, it’s a movement. It´s a community-driven, non-profit initiative designed to connect people, hobbies, passions, and experiences and YOU can be a part of building it. We’re looking for both function heads and doers!

You decide whether to join for a single activity or take part in multiple experiences
Examples of Volunteer Fields and some of what the Roles in that field can include:
⛑️ Safety & Wellbeing: Security, first aid, and harassment contact roles
🎤 Stage & Performance Team: Stage tech, program hosting, performer support, schedule support
🎮 Game & Tournament Zones: Game supervision
📸 Media & Social: Photography, video, and content creation
🧠 Workshops & Programs: Planning activities, guiding participants and creating a great atmosphere
📋 Info & Customer Service: Wristbands, tickets, and visitor guidance
💻 Tech: Network, power, and equipment
🦸♀️Volunteer-team: Make sure everything is available in the volunteer space, that they get their passes and other equipment, other support, food
✨ General Event Help: Decorations, cleanliness, and logistics

Who Can Volunteer?
Anyone aged 13 and up can become a volunteer, but some roles have specific requirements:
• Those aged 18 and over can take on any role.
• Those aged 15 and over can participate in most roles, but tasks like security or head roles require you to be 18.
• 13–15-year-olds need parental permission, and working hours and task times are limited.
